1. The use of InternetID.biz
1.1 By using the InternetID.biz products (software, services and websites) you agree with these terms and conditions of use.
1.2 The stoppage of the liaison can be initiated by either the client (You) or the ITMwebS - Human Vision (developer of the InternetId.biz) in case it turns out that you ignore the undertaken obligations.
2. Your password and contents of the presentation
2.1 InternetID.biz has no access to content change. Your access information is only available for you and you alone are responsible for keeping them safe. During your registration the system opens a warrant and keeps your password by double encryption so that your password can not be compromised in our system. Beware of staying logged in on public computers to which lots of users have free access.
2.2 Following the previous statements you are the owners of the presentation meaning that you are responsible for the texts and pictures you put into it in case they are copyrighted.
2.3 Any form of piracy in your presentation is prohibited as it compromises the InternetID.biz services. Since we can not follow all the contents the users add to their presentation you can contact us in order to react in case the copy rights are violated.
3. Privacy and information about you
3.1. Information about you will not be automatically visualized in the presentation. You have to decide about what you wish to write on the “contact” page. Your email will not be accessible to the visitors of your presentation, but they can send you e-mails via a mail form directly to the email address you registered with.
3.2 Data about your company, seat and PIB are used only for delivering invoice following your orders. You are obliged to give correct data in order to make business possible with Human Vision studio that provides you the Internet ID service.
4. Charging for the service
4.1 InternetID.biz – The basic packet, the internet presentation without additional options, is the basic service. Paying for this service you get entitled to using the basic presentation.
4.2 The price of the use is liable to changes, depending on the economic factors that form it and can have effect on it. In either case it will be favorable. The change of the price does not regard the packet you already payed for, but during the following order you will be obliged to pay according to the latest tariff.
